As the HDNU Change Leader, you will own the execution of the Management of Change (MOC) process for HDNU gas turbine customer requirements, from initial Change Issue (CHGIs) throughout full completion (CA, CH, UCO) within the Greenville, SC factory. The role involves defining cross functional MOC teams, coordinating inputs to the Technical Change Forum (TCF) for CHGI review and approval, screening for change impact and risks, and acting as a key liaison between the plant leader, project team, product & configuration engineering team, and extended supply chain team (e.g., Materials management, Sourcing, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Operations). You will also conduct risk assessments, define risk mitigation actions with collaboration from the cross functional MOC team, and drive the execution of changes post CHGI approval, via Change Actions (CA), until fully released and deployed. Further responsibilities include developing and maintaining communication plans throughout the change lifecycle, creating detailed project plans and Gantt charts with clear milestones and critical paths, monitoring change execution on a recurring basis, coordinating resources, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with customer specifications and corporate requirements. Finally, you will assess the effectiveness and sustainability of changes to confirm requirements are met and stable over time. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and are passionate about driving organizational improvement while maintaining operational excellence and safety standards.
