Summary of Position: Location: Denver, CO (In-Office Role) Reporting to the HCM Systems Manager, the HCM Support Manager is responsible for overseeing daily Oracle HCM support needs. This management position will oversee the HCM Support team, ensuring resolutions of issues brought by the applicant, contractor, and employee in a timely manner. The HCM Support Manager will additionally assist in process improvement, reporting, and special projects resulting from day-to-day tasks. This position is based in our Denver, Colorado corporate office and requires regular in-office presence. Remote work is not available for this role.
