About The Position

Under the supervision of the Director of ERP Systems, this management position is responsible for design and support of HCM system processes. This position is to work closely with HR, Recruiting, HSE, and Operations leadership to support and adjust system processes. This individual will follow the ERP Mission of supporting our Liberty colleagues as clients, working as a team to better support Liberty’s business through use of Oracle Cloud Systems and related applications.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to identify how new systems/processes will impact the business and the employee base.
  • 3+ years Oracle Cloud experience in the following HCM modules is required (HCM Core, HCM Recruiting, HCM Time and Labor, HCM Absence and HCM Payroll).

Responsibilities

  • Manages team of internal and external resources involved in system configuration and testing for Oracle HCM
  • Oversees HCM support team.
  • Oversees Quarterly Update testing for HCM modules. Ensures regular business activities are not impacted by enhancements/changes installed in Oracle quarterly updates.
  • Supports HR, Recruiting, HSE, Operations and Accounting teams in leveraging Oracle Cloud.
  • Submits and monitors Service Requests with Oracle Support for HCM issues.
  • Administers configurations for HCM modules, retaining audit support for changes requested and performed.
  • Monitors HCM integrations to ensure data flow is uninterrupted.
  • Provides audit support where needed for HCM related data.
  • Facilitates regular meetings with team leads to ensure HCM system processes are flowing as expected.
  • Develops/Monitors exception reporting to ensure accurate and consistent data entry in Oracle HCM modules.
  • Assists with development efforts in OAC (Oracle Analytics Cloud) acting as subject matter expert for HCM data.
