Statement of Purpose: As an HCM Specialist this position is responsible for supporting current Workday HCM. This position will engage with customers to understand and map their business processes, troubleshoot, develop solutions using Workday tools, and perform unit testing. This position will transition these current responsibilities to any new HCM that is implemented in the company. This position will collaborate with team members and communicate with business stakeholders. Responsibilities also include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional and Technical issues of complex and critical service requests. The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a technical and functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer. Passionate about customer service, with a strong customer focus, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong logical thinker with problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively. Excellent communication skills. Can clearly explain complex technical concepts. Responsibility for leading the transition of any new HCM, working closely with SVP of Human Resources, Itto ensure optimal transition plan from one HCM to anther HCM. Partners with new HCM provider to map out and execute training for the entire company. Key stakeholders include HR team, payroll team, field and corporate employees.
