If youâve worked in platforms like iSolved, Paylocity, ADP, Rippling, BambooHR, UKG, Ceridian â or similar â you know the truth: once you understand payroll and HR operations, you can navigate just about any system. Now youâre ready to use that expertise in a more strategic, consultative way: guiding clients through implementations, helping them design better processes, and supporting them long-term, all while maintaining a real work-life balance. As an HCM Implementation & Support Consultant, you will lead clients through the design, build, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of their iSolved HCM solution. This is a highly client-facing role requiring strong payroll and HR operations knowledge, HCM systems expertise, and exceptional organizational and communication skills. Youâll serve as a trusted advisor to your clients â guiding them through system configuration, best practices, and process optimization â while ensuring successful go-lives and long-term system adoption.
