About The Position

Actikare Responsive In Home Care is actively seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers, Home Care Aides (HCA), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) with senior care experience to join our award-winning team. Requirements

Active Washington State CNA or HCA certification , or proof of completion/current enrollment in a training program
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks
Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
U.S. work authorization (required)
Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
Compassionate attitude with excellent bedside manner
Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to perform required caregiving tasks

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, supportive companionship
Assist with ambulation and mobility (inside and outside the home, including appointments and walks)
Help with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and daily living activities
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
Monitor clients and report any unusual changes or incidents to the agency, medical professionals, and family members
Respond promptly and responsibly in emergency situations
