About The Position
Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Caregivers for full-time overnight shifts in Spokane Valley. We are looking for Caregivers who are committed to providing support, comfort, and exceptional service to clients throughout the community. Competitive pay ($20–$22/hour, depending on experience and certification)
Requirements
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required — we pay for your training
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and pass a written competency test, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Honest, energetic, and caring individuals with a passion for helping others as a Caregiver
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with light housework, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
- Work in clients’ homes with a primary focus on overnight shifts
- Maintain a supportive, encouraging, and safe environment for clients
