Requirements

  • Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required — paid training available
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds minimum and pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • Honest, energetic, and caring individual with a passion for home care, senior care, and helping others

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Assist with light housework, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
  • Deliver reliable and compassionate in‑home care to seniors and adults needing support
  • Work primarily in clients’ homes with varying shift times and care needs
