DESCRIPTION

The Hardware Technologies Organizational Development & Learning (HWT OD&L) team
seeks an Online Learning Content Developer to create on-demand learning content
that helps enable technical and career development for all HWT team members
globally at scale.

Requirements

• BA/BS in instructional design and technology, media production, or related field and 3+ years designing interactive online learning for technical audiences.
• Experience with instructional design models (i.e. ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, Bloom's Taxonomy).

Nice To Haves

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management skills with ability to manage and effectively prioritize multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with Apple production tools (Final Cut Pro, Motion, Compressor) and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Experience in design thinking and storyboarding.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
• Experience working in engineering environments.
• Experience collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions.
• Ability to leverage AI tools in instructional design workflows.
• Portfolio of previous online learning content work.
