Requirements

  • Technical expert in at least one R&D discipline (Optic, Electronic, Motion, SEM)
  • Functional Knowledge Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
  • Business Expertise Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
  • Leadership Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support R&D module owner in “Off & On Tool” Module Integration, Calibration and Qualification
  • Qualify Module performance to spec (on & off tool)
  • Support R&D development (C&F) activities
  • Lead Qualification of non-system components (isolated from application)
  • Provide risk assessment
  • Define & execute Qualification plans
  • Define, execute and qualify calibration procedures (off and on tool)
  • Tool owner - Expert in tool Build and Integration
  • Production documentation: define and qualify full build book and full sub system ATP tests
  • High debug ability and 3rd level of escalation to modules that are within area of expertise
