About The Position

Requirements
- Professional communication and reliability
- Truck, van, or SUV
- Full handyman toolset
- Valid driver’s license
- U.S. residency required
- Inability to provide I9 or W9 with valid Tax ID
- Failure to complete onboarding training
- Poor communication or repeated missed appointments
Nice To Haves
- 5 or more years experience
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of general residential maintenance and repair tasks
- Complete drywall repairs, patching, and basic finishing
- Install and replace fixtures such as faucets, toilets, lighting, and hardware
- Handle minor carpentry, including trim repairs, door adjustments, and small framing
- Troubleshoot common household issues and provide practical repair solutions
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers on scope, scheduling, and job expectations
- Interact professionally with homeowners, tenants, and property managers
- Maintain accurate job notes, photos, and status updates in the vendor portal
