This is a part-time, flexible position for individual tradespeople only — no companies, LLCs, or crews. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in handyman, maintenance, or related trades preferred.
Must carry general liability insurance ($1M min) and personal vehicle insurance.
Reliable vehicle and personal tools.
Ability to use ServiceTitan on phone or tablet (we’ll train you).
Must pass a background check prior to employment.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Nice To Haves

General carpentry, drywall repair, painting, light plumbing and electrical, and fixture installations.
