House Doctors of Butler County is seeking skilled, personable, and reliable Handyman / Home Repair Technicians to join our growing team as a 1099 sub contractor. This is a part-time, flexible position for individual tradespeople only — no companies, LLCs, or crews. This position is deal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys helping homeowners, and values being part of a reputable local company. At House Doctors, we help homeowners keep their homes safe, functional, and looking their best. We take care of the logistics so you can focus on what matters most — providing an exceptional experience for every homeowner. What You’ll Get Consistent, reliable work — we provide the leads and handle scheduling. Bi-weekly pay through direct deposit for completed work. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in handyman, maintenance, or related trades preferred.
  • Must carry general liability insurance ($1M min) and personal vehicle insurance.
  • Reliable vehicle and personal tools.
  • Ability to use ServiceTitan on phone or tablet (we’ll train you).
  • Must pass a background check prior to employment.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • General carpentry, drywall repair, painting, light plumbing and electrical, and fixture installations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot home maintenance issues and recommend solutions.
  • Strong communication and reliability.
  • Pride in delivering work that exceeds customer expectations.
