About The Position

The Habilitative Program Administrator (HPA) will serve as a member of the Washington State Clinical Team, creating and overseeing habilitative plans for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in the Supported Living Program in Tacoma. Use information and data collected through direct observation and meetings with individuals supported to develop Functional Assessment and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) Develop Individual Support Plans (ISP) for individuals on caseload Train team members on plans and program implementation Partner with program directors to implement support plans Using electronic data collection system (Therap), review data and compile reports for other members of support team on behavior and habilitative goal progress Assist in the creation and maintenance of tracking spreadsheets for relevant due dates and person-centered planning meetings Keep up to date on all relevant state policy changes Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders outside the organization, i.e. guardians and DDCS partners Attend support planning meetings as required

Requirements

  • Must have a master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, mental health, special education, social work, or other related discipline. Will also consider candidates in the last semester of obtaining master's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience with individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD)
  • Experience in designing, developing, and implementing support plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, mental health, and/or challenging behaviors
  • Strong administrative skills with demonstrated experience
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to train and mentor support teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Full range scale (increases to starting rate based on length of employment at Dungarvin): $30-33.45/hour
