Eaton is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Data Center - Mission Critical business. This role will lead and guide local sales initiatives throughout the Gulf region. The Gulf region territory includes Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. This position may be based in Texas at the following Eaton locations: Houston, Austin, or Grapevine. Relocation assistance is available. Travel up to 25% will be required. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, your primary responsibility will be to lead the strategic management of regional sales resources to achieve sales/orders, market share, price, product mix, and financial metrics established by product divisions and manufacturing operating divisions. You will be responsible for defining, leading and managing comprehensive sales initiatives & programs affecting the organization and its key stakeholders (customers, distributors, partners, employees, and trade and business media). You will drive collaboration across the Eaton Data Center segment, Commercial Construction and End Users which includes the following organizations within Eaton: Power Quality products and services, Eaton Power Distribution Assemblies, Commercial Products Assemblies, Engineering Services and Power Systems Division, to drive growth of the entire Eaton portfolio. The role will also work very closely with other peers across the verticals within the region to help define sales strategies and go to market of the solutions offered.
