About The Position

The Guestroom Attendant (Non-Union) is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily quotas
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and push carts for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules

Nice To Haves

  • Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards
  • Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities
  • Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, mirrors, and floors
  • Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
  • Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and empty trash receptacles
  • Restock guestroom supplies and report any missing items
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors
  • Follow safety, sanitation, and company procedures at all times
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards for room completion
  • Provide excellent guest service when interacting with guests
  • Complete daily housekeeping reports and assignments
