About The Position

The Guest Room Attendant delivers the best Rooms experience for our guests through attention to detail , ensur ing all guest rooms are clean and up to standard . This role anticipates , customizes, and services guest’s needs before being asked and is knowledgeable about hotel offerings and amenities.

Requirements

• One+ year experience working in hotel housekeeping is considered an asset
• Strong organization skills and an eye for attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure
• Performs Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
