Provides customer service to guests of the OC Fair, including fair patrons, VIP guests and/or Board Members. This is a seasonal temporary position not to exceed 122 days. Essential Functions: Provides customer service to guests, including fair patrons, fair neighbors, VIP guests and/or Board Members. Handles customer complaints, comments, and suggestions from guests, and escalates more complex issues to Guest Services Leads and/or Supervisors. Provides guests with information regarding events, including the annual OC Fair. Some positions will serve as Receptionists and handle incoming phone inquiries from guests as well as assist walk-in visitors. Some positions will serve as a Neighborhood Ambassador which will include monitoring local neighborhood activity, removal of any waste and debris left behind by fair patrons, respond to and document neighbor requests. Directs guests as requested to specific locations throughout the property. Ensures that guests leave the property with a positive experience. Assists with special needs requests.
