About The Position

The Guest Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional visitor services to our patrons. Responsibilities include handling gift shop sales, admissions and membership sales, and light cleaning ensuring that the facilities are neat, clean and welcoming to our visitors.

This position is up to 20 hours a week and is for Saturdays and Sundays.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required
• 1 year experience working with Point of Sale (POS) systems required
• 1 year cash handling experience required
• Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Collects admission fees and handles gift shop sales
• Oversees daily operations of work areas
• Provides visitors with information as needed
• Ensures visitors receive the highest quality of service possible
