About The Position

This role blends guest communication with onsite support. As our Guest Services Coordinator, youll support guest experience across all Beachside VR locations by handling calls, emails, and messages, while also completing additional onsite responsibilities at our Merritt Island location. Throughout the day you will be responding to guest communication, completing onsite housekeeping inspections and assisting guests in person. This is a flexible, hands-on position that supports both our remote Guest Experience team and onsite operations. You'll play a key role in making sure guests feel supported, informed, and cared for.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A hospitality-first mindset with a calm, solutions-oriented approach
  • Comfortable interacting with guests in person and representing the Beachside VR brand
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for cleanliness and readiness
  • Able to manage multiple conversations and priorities at once

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in vacation rentals, hospitality, or customer service is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest communication via email, OTA messaging, text, and phone
  • Act as the onsite contact for guest questions, needs, and issues
  • Complete pre-check-in inspections to confirm homes meet Beachside VR standards
  • Proactively identify potential issues and help resolve them quickly and professionally
  • Communicate clearly with our Guest Experience and Operations teams to ensure follow-through and resolution
