Guest Services Coordinator
About The Position

As a premier sports and fitness center in Bee Cave, we’re seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to join us as a part-time Guest Services Coordinator role. If you’re passionate about sports and fitness and enjoy connecting with people, this could be the perfect fit for you! Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and strong people skills are a must. Requirements
- Availability to work weekday shifts from 8 am – 3 pm
- At least 6 months of experience in a reception, retail, or customer service role
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software
- A friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, professional experience for members, guests, and visitors
- Provide accurate information about programs, schedules, and facility operations
- Monitor visitor access and maintain awareness of facility security
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route calls or messages as needed
- Assist with daily facility tasks, including cleaning, laundry, opening/closing duties, and shift checklists
- Support event and program setup and breakdown
- Receive and organize mail and deliveries
- Collaborate with team to support overall facility needs
