Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Call Center Agent. In this role, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences for our guests—both over the phone and online. Requirements

  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, holidays, and special events.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and the ability to multitask effectively while handling phone calls.
  • Ability to work independently with professionalism and discretion in high-pressure situations.
  • Valid driver’s license to support the Valet team during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service by managing in-house guest calls as well as outbound calls for the resort.
  • Handle reservations, payments, and guest records accurately while maintaining confidentiality and strong attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally by following company policies and safety procedures to maintain a secure environment.
