REPORTS TO Guest Services Call Center Representative FLSA Non –Exempt Job title Guest Services Call Center Representative Department Call Center Primary Objective: Guest Services Representatives are passionate about the Aveda mission, hair and spa. They service inbound and outbound calls from Aveda guests requesting to make, rebook, cancel appointments, resolve guest complaints, and answer guest inquiries while providing the highest level of customer service.

Requirements

  • A "can do" attitude, and strong team orientation
  • Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls while also utilizing a software program

Responsibilities

  • Set new guest appointment for all Aveda Institutes
  • Confirm guests appointments, rebook as necessary
  • Offer additional services during appointment call, according to the guest's individual needs
  • Resolve customer challenges in a professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Project enthusiasm to ensure the highest level of guest experience
  • Promote all service offerings, answer guest inquiries, and process guest appointment through Salon Biz
  • Respond in a timely manner to Demand Force guest appointment requests
  • Advise and update guests of any company policy or procedural change in order to retain loyal and cordial guest relationships
  • May perform other duties as required
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Participate in team huddles and meetings, as required
