About The Position

Contra Costa Country Club is hiring Guest Services Attendants to join our Member
Services team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors,
take pride in hospitality, and want to be part of a professional, team-oriented
golf operation.

Guest Services Attendants are responsible for creating a polished, welcoming,
and consistent experience for members and guests, particularly during arrival,
departure, and on-course support.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to follow service standards and direction
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Availability on weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred (not required)
• Golf experience helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to members and guests
• Assist with bag handling, cart staging, and club cleaning
• Clean, stage, and maintain golf carts to Club standards
• Support starter operations and pace of play as needed
• Assist with rental clubs and practice facility setup
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of outside service areas
• Follow safety procedures and communicate via radio
• Support other golf operations duties as needed
