Title: Guest Services Ambassador Sr. Facility: Land O Lakes Health Hub The Guest Services Ambassador Sr responsibilities include: Function as the guests' liaison to all assigned services Hospitality-focused and critical to ensuring that each patient, client, patron or visitor is able to enjoy a positive experience and have their personal needs met while taking advantage of the variety of health-related and retail services offered by the facility Act as an advocate for the patient and must communicate effectively with patients, visitors, health system leaders, staff, medical office personnel and referring physicians Will be supporting multiple services/providers, ability to schedule all service lines, ability to rotate 3 or more services, and resolve escalated customer service issues May or may not require performing all job specific functions listed within this description Must possess advanced computer skills and is proficient in all of the following modalities/computer applications as appropriate: reception, registration, scheduling, financial counseling, insurance verification, waiting room management, and document management Depending on department, will be required to conduct Urine Drug Screen and Breath Alcohol testing which will require obtaining and maintaining certification. Requirements

  • None Required
  • High School or Equivalent
  • Associate's preferred
  • 2 year Customer Service
  • 2 year Hospitality and 1 year of registration, scheduling and waiting room management for a minimum of two Health Hub service lines.
  • Required Specific Skills also includes: Insurance Terminology use and understanding.

Responsibilities
