Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and time management skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
A positive, proactive attitude and readiness to assist where needed.
Flexible availability to work on weekdays, evenings, or weekends as required.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and students in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries about our programs and services.
Assist with scheduling and confirming beauty service appointments.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of guest interactions.
Address guest concerns efficiently and empathetically.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Undertake administrative tasks to support the operational needs of the university as required.
