Closed to the public. Currently 800 hotel rooms - all single occupancy, no suites (expanding to 1,400 rooms in March 2026!) Three restaurants including a Starbucks (expanding to nine restaurants in March 2026!) 105,000 square feet of meeting space - Ballrooms, Amphitheater and classrooms. (expanding to 200k in March 2026!) Fitness Center, jogging trails and sports fields. All professional clientele. No weddings, holiday parties, school groups, or other social-type events. Requirements

  • Previous guest or customer service experience required.
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment, including printers and copy machines
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
  • Must be able to be certified as a Texas Notary within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous guest services/business center experience preferred.
  • 1 year of administrative experience preferred.
  • Previous shipping/receiving experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Teams, OneNote, and Excel experience desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide all guests with support at the Guest Services Center, including print jobs, email and instant messenger correspondence with guests, shipping, retail, and any other general requests that might arise in a professional and timely manner.
  • Fulfill guests’ needs relative to business center needs. These services include but are not limited to copying, printing, faxing, and desktop computer offerings.
  • Operate the retail center managing inventory and ensuring retail displays look sharp.
  • Provide general information to guests relative to meetings and meeting services.
  • Monitor property email account and Instant Messages, representing Guest Services professionally, and reaching out for support and direction when needed.
  • Send and receive guest packages via various shipping services.
  • Maintain the business center supplies inventory, ensuring the print station and supplies area is always kept in an orderly fashion.
  • Assist with all guest requests by communicating issues to the appropriate operational department(s), delivering guest follow-up, and ensuring complete and flawless assistance has been provided.
  • Complete reporting as required, capturing, and thoroughly communicating the happenings and outstanding items from your shift.
