About The Position

The Badging Agent is responsible for the accurate and efficient production and assembly of name badges for all event guests, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. The individual collaborates closely with Meeting Planners and Event Managers to address and resolve any badging inquiries.

Requirements

  • Strong Administration skills required.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft products; Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License with good driving record preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Teams experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently print and assemble name badges for all guests.
  • Effectively communicate to Meeting Planners and Event Managers when badging questions arise.
  • Connect with Front Office leadership as needed.
  • Run various reports and produce routine critical analytics.
  • Resolve reporting issues.
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks and assignments to meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
  • Assist with checking guests in and collecting and distributed guest luggage.
