About The Position

The Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square – A Tribute Portfolio Hotel Philadelphia, PA The Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square is seeking a polished, service-driven Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, the Guest Service Agent plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional arrival and departure experience. We are looking for individuals who are warm, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality.

Requirements

Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Professional appearance and business attire required

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Opera, Lightspeed, or similar PMS systems preferred

Responsibilities

Welcome and acknowledge guests promptly and professionally
Execute check-in and check-out procedures efficiently (within brand time standards)
Verify identification and payment method in compliance with hotel policies
Recognize and thank Marriott Bonvoy Elite members for their loyalty
Offer enrollment to non-members
Provide room details discreetly and maintain guest privacy
Offer luggage assistance and provide hotel orientation when appropriate
Resolve guest concerns with urgency and professionalism
Monitor and process mobile check-outs
Maintain seamless communication with all hotel departments
