About The Position

The Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square is seeking a polished, service-driven Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, the Guest Service Agent plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional arrival and departure experience. We are looking for individuals who are warm, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Opera, Lightspeed, or similar PMS systems preferred
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Professional appearance and business attire required

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and acknowledge guests promptly and professionally
  • Execute check-in and check-out procedures efficiently (within brand time standards)
  • Verify identification and payment method in compliance with hotel policies
  • Recognize and thank Marriott Bonvoy Elite members for their loyalty
  • Offer enrollment to non-members
  • Provide room details discreetly and maintain guest privacy
  • Offer luggage assistance and provide hotel orientation when appropriate
  • Resolve guest concerns with urgency and professionalism
  • Monitor and process mobile check-outs
  • Maintain seamless communication with all hotel departments
