About The Position

Atlantic Health is seeking a full-time intern for the Guest Relations & Volunteer Services Department. In this role, the intern will work alongside a team of innovative professionals and contribute to Atlantic's mission of delivering excellent healthcare services to our communities. The intern's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Research latest trends in hospital guest services including wayfinding Identify volunteer opportunities across the hospital proper Support Junior Summer Volunteer Program Collaborate on strategic initiatives for enhancing the guest experience Partner with Emergency Department and Patient Flow Team to improve the communication and experience for those admitted patients holding in the ED Implement quality improvement projects Analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement At Atlantic Health System, our promise to our communities is; Anyone who enters one of our facilities, will receive the highest quality care delivered at the right time, at the right place, and at the right cost. Responsibilities

Research latest trends in hospital guest services including wayfinding
Identify volunteer opportunities across the hospital proper
Support Junior Summer Volunteer Program
Collaborate on strategic initiatives for enhancing the guest experience
Partner with Emergency Department and Patient Flow Team to improve the communication and experience for those admitted patients holding in the ED
