About The Position

The Car Wash Attendant will be responsible for providing a fast, efficient, and high-quality car wash experience for our customers. This role requires excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for keeping vehicles spotless. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or a car wash setting is a plus, but not required.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and operate car wash machinery.
Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Shift schedules may vary depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with a friendly attitude, answer any questions about services, and ensure they are satisfied with the final results.
Operate and maintain car wash machines and equipment, ensuring they are clean, functional, and in good working condition.
Handle detailing of the interior and exterior of the carwash, including Trench and window cleaning, as needed.
Follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and ensure that the car wash area is free of hazards.
Work alongside other attendants to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
Help track inventory of car wash supplies and inform the manager when stock is low.
Recommend additional services and wash packages to customers to enhance their car wash experience.
