As a Guest Relations Supervisor, you will: Assist with hiring, training, coaching and takes ownership of all Guest Services personnel Resolve guest opportunities utilizing luxury and Forbes service standards Maintain operational budget by utilizing knowledge of cost control initiatives Complete scheduling and draft schedule for the Guest Service team in absence of Guest Service Manager and/or in assistance with leadership team Act as manager on duty for the Guest Services team members in the absence of senior leadership Challenge the status quo by continually pushing to enhance the overall service, team member engagement and service scores Assist with inventory of team member item usage, purchasing and monthly necessities and/or as needed for upkeep of the department. Report to Guest Services Manager and/or senior leadership of inventory Assist Guest Service Manager with assigned tasks and duties as requested and/or assigned Generate reports as requests by senior leadership Be familiar with Forbes rating standards and associate training techniques Other tasks as requested or assigned
