Responsibilities

  • Be the Face of Guest Relations: Serve as the go-to contact for VEP and Service guests at our Guest Relations Center.
  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism from arrival to farewell.
  • Assist with vehicle feature guidance: pairing phones, garage doors, tech walkthroughs, etc.
  • Escort lost or uncertain guests to the right departments.
  • Help customers with purchases from our merchandise displays and assist with restocking.
  • Deliver Memorable Moments: Prepare vehicles for delivery with bows, red carpets, chocolates, and more
  • Own the MercedesMe Experience: Ensure 100% activation or documented decline of MercedesMe Connect.
  • Handle all chargebacks, deactivations, and unpaired accounts with accuracy.
  • Provide re-deliveries or follow-ups when needed, always aiming for 5-star satisfaction.
  • Go Above & Beyond: Promote online reviews, social engagement, and genuine client testimonials.
  • Assist with training for product knowledge, tech features, and delivery standards.
  • Participate in scheduled events and support with special projects as needed.
