Guest Relations Representative, Full Time
About The Position
Iredell Health System is seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Guest Relations Representative to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and callers. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience in a front-facing role, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Candidate will be responsible for answering and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel. All shifts: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM A Week: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday B Week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare setting preferred.
- Bilingual preferred; the ability to understand, to make oneself understood to all Spanish speaking individuals, as well as able to read and write Spanish proficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
