Guest Relations Associate
About The Position
We are looking Guest Relations Associates to join our growing team. We offer staff-friendly strategies, and a team-oriented approach to make sure our staff is well-trained, well-looked after, and superbly appreciated. The role involves greeting patients upon admission, ensuring they feel special and welcomed, and maintaining a positive, encouraging, and professional demeanor. Guest Relations Associates are expected to be understanding, attentive, and anticipate patients’ needs, taking ownership of tasks. They must demonstrate awareness of and sensitivity to patients’ rights, maintain patient confidentiality, and foster cooperative and respectful working relationships.
Requirements
- Must be able to multi-task effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
- Must be approachable and friendly.

- Distributes water pitchers to patients daily and refreshes pitchers throughout the day.
