Guest Relations Associate (Part-time)
About The Position
We are looking for Part-time Guest Relations Associates to join our growing team. We offer staff-friendly strategies, and a team-oriented approach to make sure our staff is well-trained, well-looked after, and superbly appreciated. The role involves greeting patients upon admission to make them feel special and welcomed. Associates must be positive and encouraging with a professional demeanor, understanding, attentive, and anticipate patients’ needs, while taking ownership of getting things done. They must also demonstrate awareness of and sensitivity to patients’ rights, maintain patient confidentiality at all times, and maintain cooperative and respectful working relationships, supporting staff in the performance of their duties.
Requirements
- Must be able to multi-task effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
- Must be approachable and friendly.

- Healthcare experience preferred
