About The Position

Step into the rhythm of Rioz, where sizzling skewers meet South Carolina charm. We’re looking for a Guest Experience Host who brings the energy, poise, and hospitality to match our tableside flair.

As the first friendly face guests see, you’ll set the tone for their entire Rioz experience. You’re not just managing the door—you’re creating great first impressions and smooth transitions from entrance to feast.

Requirements

• 16 or older with strong communication chops
• Guest-focused with a natural ease under pressure
• Organized and quick on your feet—even during the dinner rush
• Familiar with POS systems or eager to learn

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in hospitality?
• Alcohol Safety Certification a plus (or we’ll get you there)

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and a touch of flair
• Manage seating flow and waitlists like a pro (digital tools to help!)
• Clearly communicate wait times and dining details
• Assist with takeout orders and phone management
• Keep the host area sharp and guest-ready
• Team up with servers to keep things moving and memorable
• Reset tables, run food, and lend a hand whenever it helps
