Requirements

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Be a Guest Experience ChampionBring passion, positivity, and the “Merlin Magic” to every guest you meet.
• Help guests find the perfect products by showing off your LEGO knowledge.
• Keep shelves stocked, organized, and looking awesome.
• Maintain eye-catching displays and clean, tidy retail areas all day long.
• Assist with transactions, returns, and purchases at the point of sale.
• Seek out guest interactions and spread that high-energy fun that makes LEGOLAND legendary.
