About The Position

Rock Hill Ford is looking for a Guest Experience Driver. The ideal candidate would be self motivated, adept at problem solving, excellent leadership skills with potential for growth into overseeing remote experience. Requirements

Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word (and preferably dual-screen experience)
Strong customer service background
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Punctual, reliable and eager to improve
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Previous Service Experience a plus

Responsibilities

Ensure to confirm scheduled and missed appointments for remote deliveries
Facilitate coordination of tasks between Sales, Service, and PDI departments to successfully deliver customer vehicles for repairs or accessories
Conduct transportation of vehicles within the lot and to various locations as needed
Assist in shuttling customers to and from their homes or places of business
Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot accordingly
Retrieve and deliver vehicles from different property locations
Carry out additional duties as assigned
