Guest Engagement Center (GEC) Representative – Service

We’re hiring a Part-Time Guest Engagement Center Representative to support our Service Departments by managing customer communication, scheduling appointments, and keeping service operations running efficiently. If you’re organized, customer-focused, and unflappable in a fast-paced environment, this role has your name on it. Specific days/hours are Wednesdays, 9:30am-6pm; Fridays, 7:30am-4pm and Saturdays, 7:30am-4pm. We're open to you working more hours if you are!

Requirements

• Customer service or administrative experience (automotive service preferred)
• Strong communication skills—clear, friendly, and professional
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with DMS systems and Microsoft Office
• Team-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
• Availability for evenings and weekends as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers by phone and digital channels
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Management to optimize shop flow
• Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, and service records
• Support recall campaigns, service promotions, and seasonal outreach
• Conduct post-service follow-up to ensure guest satisfaction
• Help resolve concerns or escalate issues when needed
• Maintain a professional, organized service reception and lounge area
