Requirements

0 - 2 years of experience in customer service and cash handling.
Possession of a valid driver's license and a driving record that conforms to company standards.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and warmly upon entry.
Assist customers in selecting merchandise, recommending items based on their needs, preferences, and upcoming occasions.
Support guests in finding gifts or curated product combinations.
Accurately process transactions using the POS system.
Handle returns, exchanges, and gift card purchases in accordance with policy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space.
Restock shelves, racks, and displays to maintain inventory availability throughout the day.
Assist with merchandising updates, signage placement, and product rotation.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to store leadership.
Ensure counters and display areas remain neat and guest ready.
