About The Position

This role provides a unique opportunity to lead and optimize the go-to-market technology stack for a fast-growing organization, ensuring systems like Salesforce and integrated tools fully support revenue strategy and operational efficiency. The GTM Systems Manager will translate business requirements into system solutions, oversee vendor relationships, and partner with technical teams to execute integrations and automation. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on system management, with a focus on improving data quality, workflow efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. You will provide insights and guidance to leadership while enabling sales, marketing, and customer success teams to perform at their best. The role offers autonomy, high impact, and opportunities to drive system-wide improvements that directly influence revenue outcomes. Collaboration, project management, and a deep understanding of GTM processes are key to success in this position.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce administration or business analysis.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; advanced Salesforce certifications or Business Analyst certifications preferred.
  • Experience implementing and managing GTM tech stacks including CRM, sales engagement, marketing automation, and conversation intelligence tools.
  • Strong technical understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations (Gong, 6sense, Klue, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (Salesforce reports/dashboards, BI platforms).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing requests, manage multiple initiatives, and design scalable system solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in renewable energy, B2B SaaS, or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the GTM systems roadmap, prioritizing enhancements based on revenue impact and business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into system specifications and user stories for Salesforce and integrated platforms.
  • Manage inbound GTM system requests, optimize workflows, and maintain data quality and governance across all tools.
  • Oversee vendor and integration management, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with business needs.
  • Support reporting and analytics initiatives, building dashboards and insights to track productivity and system impact.
  • Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials to drive adoption and change management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure GTM technology supports strategic objectives and operational efficiency.
