About The Position

At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate — not incrementally, but end-to-end. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come. This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. With 1000+ customers in 58+ countries, strong product-market fit, and world-class investor support, we’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched. Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to the mission. We move fast, operate with intensity, and take real ownership of the problems we tackle — from early thinking to long-term outcomes. We stay close to our customers — from leadership to engineers — and work together to solve real problems with urgency and care. If you thrive in ambiguity, push for excellence, and want to help shape the future of work alongside others who raise the bar, we invite you to build with us. At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started. Role Overview We are hiring a GTM Strategy & Planning Manager to join our Revenue Operations team as a senior individual contributor. This role owns the analytical and strategic planning that connects our go-to-market strategy to execution, spanning revenue targets, capacity planning, and cross-functional GTM initiatives. You will act as a generalist strategic partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, applying structured thinking and data to solve high-impact GTM problems. As the business scales, this role will play a critical part in shaping how we plan, prioritize, and execute against our growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, or Finance within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated experience owning GTM planning, capacity modeling, or strategic analysis in a sales-led organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous questions and work with incomplete data
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear communication, strong judgment, and data-backed recommendations
  • Experience operating autonomously as a senior IC, owning projects end-to-end without people management

Responsibilities

  • Own GTM planning processes, including revenue target setting, capacity and quota planning, and resource allocation across segments and regions
  • Lead structured analysis on high-priority GTM strategy questions, such as coverage models, segmentation, funnel efficiency, etc.
  • Build and maintain planning models (e.g., capacity, productivity, scenario analyses) that translate GTM strategy into executable plans
  • Drive cross-functional planning initiatives by defining problem statements, structuring analysis, and delivering clear recommendations
  • Develop executive-ready narratives, presentations, and dashboards that synthesize complex data into clear insights and decision points
