This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a GTM Planning Lead within our Revenue Operations and Sales Acceleration team. We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic-minded individual to lead the planning and execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies across our global sales organization. In this role, you will be the driving force behind optimizing the sales strategy, territory planning, quota management, and ensuring seamless transitions between sales cycles. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including the CRO, VP of Revenue Operations, and Sales Leadership, to ensure alignment between GTM strategy and sales execution. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sales operations, GTM planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
