We’re rebuilding how the law serves everyday Americans from first principles, and we’re hiring exceptional operators to help us scale it nationwide. We’re looking for a GTM Strategy & Ops to help Finch design, scale, and optimize the systems that power our growth. You’ll operate at the intersection of revenue, product, and strategy — tackling the most important questions in the business: Where do we grow next? What will it take to win? And how do we get there faster? You’ll partner directly with the CEO, Sales, and Product to turn insight into execution — driving projects that shape Finch’s go-to-market motion, accelerate revenue, and deepen relationships with our most strategic customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, loves getting close to customers, and wants a front-row seat to scaling a generational company from the inside out.
