The Opportunity As GTM Strategy Manager in the Global Retention Strategy & Operations team, you will lead the development and execution of strategies that drive customer retention, renewal performance, and operational excellence across all lines of business. This role is pivotal in shaping Adobe’s global retention vision, ensuring alignment across ecosystem teams, and delivering measurable business impact. You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to build scalable programs, monitor performance, and drive transformation initiatives that support Adobe’s long-term growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in strategic operations, sales operations, retention, or GTM roles with a track record of driving measurable impact.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with fluency in both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and influence senior executives
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Strategy, or a related field;
  • Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce).

Responsibilities

  • Retention Strategy Identify key improvement areas and develop strategies to capture those opportunities.
  • Set annual retention, attrition, and renewal targets across all business lines.
  • Evaluate performance drivers and recommend high-impact strategies to ecosystem leaders.
  • Retention Performance Management Monitor global retention and renewal performance.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Provide insights grounded in solution, segment, and geo-specific dynamics.
  • Retention Programs Manage global retention programs to ensure business objectives are achieved.
  • Proactively identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and drive key program components.
  • Build robust operational processes to manage performance and programs.
