Requirements

  • Self-organized by nature, with a strong work ethic and the ability to drive efficient turnaround time for deliverables - taking an iterative and collaborative approach to fine-tune over time
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing, consulting, strategic Sales Program management or GTM strategy
  • Fluency or developing fluency in leveraging AI in day-to-day work
  • Clear communicator who can partner effectively with Sales, Finance, Product, and Leadership
  • A high-performance self-starter with experience and confidence in building relationships and influence across global teams
  • The ability to work in a structured way in a fast-paced, fast-turnaround environment
  • Proven leadership and experience working across functional groups ensuring alignment of process driving the defined business strategy.
  • Strong sense of ownership and flexible and resilient under pressure
  • Outspoken and creative problem solver with a diplomatic approach who operates at the highest level of integrity
  • Experience designing or supporting programs in areas such as sales strategy, enablement, business development, or services

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the global strategic sales pursuit leaders, the commercial construct leaders (Accelerate) and other Adobe leaders to inspire change, drive growth and elevate the way we do business. Understanding their business challenges, and identifying areas to bring scale
  • Interpret and assess current business practices and provide creative methods for improved efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with sales leaders across regions to craft and implement initiatives that align with ambitious growth commitments
  • Define clear program outcomes and success measures, and guide initiatives from planning through delivery
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, Enablement, and Sales to align best practices, tools, and frameworks for transformational opportunity success
  • Work with the digital strategy group (in house consultancy) to target AI driven best practices or learnings from prior engagements to determine the path forward on future engagements/opportunities.
  • Drive the adoption of tools and standardised processes that support account planning, segmentation, and territory strategy
  • Act as a connector—facilitating alignment and shared understanding between cross-functional teams, and our own cross-region teams
  • Develop and drive programs around execution excellence, scale and repeatability. This includes tooling, systems, assets, templates, etc. Some of the tools you’ll be responsible for are CRMs, libraries (Field Readiness & SharePoint), Clari, etc. Some of the content you’ll be responsible for include deliverable templates, team process/messaging documentation, best practice documentation and sharing, etc.
  • Program management of SPP’s transition to from Workfront to Dynamics, from planning to implementation and new best practices in system management with the Field
  • Engage with and provide asks/content/contacts to Enablement resource dedicated to SPP for SPP regional and global product/sales play, skills, etc.
  • Identify SPP-to-ecosystem enablement needs
  • Shape new team member onboarding experiences that support quicker ramp-up and long-term success for Strategic Partnership Program team
  • Extend best-in-class repository to categorise key verticals & sales plays. Refine assets collaborating with regional pursuit & accelerate teams. Help manage ongoing additions/prioritization to help our teams find what they need as fast as possible
  • Leverage AI and Adobe BI/teams to drive greater intelligence across the pipeline and progression programs
