About The Position

EliseAI is hiring a GTM Strategy & Operations Manager to shape how we go to market in Healthcare. This role is embedded with Sales and focused on turning customer and deal signals into clear GTM decisions, repeatable execution, and scalable systems. You’ll own high-impact GTM initiatives, partner directly with AEs on live deals, and ensure our tooling, data, and processes support faster sales cycles and implementation-ready deals as the business scales.

Requirements

  • Experience operating in a GTM strategy or operator role within a high-growth B2B environment, with clear ownership of outcomes
  • Background in consulting, investment banking, or similar analytical roles; startup experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into structured plans and execution
  • Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail, including comfort working with sales data, funnel metrics, and financial models
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and modern GTM tooling (deep admin experience not required)
  • Interest in long-term ownership and building scalable GTM systems and processes over time
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Identify where and how we win by analyzing customer conversations, win/loss patterns, competitive dynamics, and sales performance, turning signal into clear GTM direction.
  • Own and execute cross-functional GTM initiatives that improve sales velocity, conversion, and deal quality across the Healthcare funnel
  • Partner directly with AEs to sharpen value messaging, quantify ROI, and differentiate EliseAI in complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders and strong incumbents
  • Design and scale GTM playbooks for sales strategy and execution, ensuring insights translate into repeatable outcomes
  • Own and evolve Healthcare GTM systems (Salesforce, Attention, etc.) to maintain CRM accuracy, clear deal stages, and strong visibility into top-of-funnel prospecting
  • Leverage Attention and conversation data to support coaching, identify pipeline risk, and improve deal-level execution
  • Increase AE productivity and reduce ramp time by streamlining prospecting workflows and improving GTM data reliability
  • Establish operating cadence across forecasting, reporting, and process review, and apply AI to improve GTM execution
