Role Overview The GTM Solution and Sales Play Enablement Program manager is responsible for designing, delivering and landing innovative enablement programs for field sales and supporting roles in Equinix. This role ensures the field is equipped with the knowledge, skills and acumen to execute sales plays needed to drive opportunity pipeline from creation to close for Equinix sellers and partners. This senior role will also contribute to the development of proficiency frameworks and learning interventions to build skills and knowledge across CRO field roles.
